Antique Victorian Copper Coal Helmet or Coal Scuttle with Delft Handles and Wonderful Detailing to the Handle Mounts. 
The Coal Scuttle is in very good condition with an antique patina. 
The metalwork is solid but there are a couple of dents in it.
